Who we are

Evreon AI (referred to here as Evreon, we, or us) is a medical-imaging AI company based in Budapest, Hungary. Evreon is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. This is a company website, not a clinical service.

• Information you give us: when you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your message, and, if you choose to provide it, your company name.
• Information collected automatically: our hosting and security systems keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and basic request details) to run the site and prevent abuse.
• Privacy-preserving analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.
• No health data: we do not collect patient or clinical data from website visitors. Any medical images shown on the site are fully anonymized and come from openly-licensed public datasets.

Cookies

We do not use tracking, advertising, or profiling cookies. Our analytics are cookieless, so no cookie-consent banner is required. Only the strictly necessary technical measures needed to serve the site are used.

Why we use your data, and our legal bases

We process personal data only for clear purposes, each with a legal basis under the GDPR:

• To respond to your message or pilot request, and to take steps at your request before any agreement. Legal bases: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To understand aggregate, non-identifying site usage. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, handled in a privacy-preserving way (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:

• Resend: delivery of contact-form emails.
• Google (Gmail): the inbox that receives contact-form messages.
• Netlify: website hosting.
• Cloudflare: cookieless website analytics and security.
• We may also disclose data where required by law.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and operational purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hmete.erdogan@puzzles.software. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Hungary this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep the small amount of data we hold safe.

Children

This website is intended for professional and general audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

A note on the product

This website is informational. Project Atlas is a research-stage clinical AI system, doctor-in-the-loop and research-use only. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a medical service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
