Agents run the clinic. Never the medicine.

Evreon OS organises the documents a patient brings and the administrative work around a visit: scheduling, pre-visit history, filing and fees. It extracts what the documents say, in their own words, and shows the page each line came from.

Evreon OS does not diagnose, stage, score risk or urgency, or suggest treatments, drugs, doses or protocols. The physician reads, interprets and decides.

This is a design decision, not a disclaimer. When a document already states something, such as a stage written by a pathologist, Evreon shows it with its source. It never computes one.

Each line of a case file is tied to a document and a page. A click opens that page with the words marked. A fact that cannot be traced to a page does not go into the file.

Patients' own statements, such as those in the pre-visit history, are kept as the patient wrote them and labelled as theirs.

Patient records and documents are stored in the region of the practice they belong to, on infrastructure in that region. Each region's records live on their own servers and are not mixed with another region's.

The database and every uploaded document are backed up each night, automatically.

• Physicians see their patients' full files.
• Front-desk staff see the day, the patients and the documents a patient brought, but not the clinical values inside them.
• Patients only give: their history, uploads and voice notes. Clinical output is never shown to the patient.
• Each person signs in with their own account. A patient is identified by a verified phone number or email, never by matching names.
